Legislative Bills Touching the Disability Community

(Second Session of the 51st Oklahoma Legislature)

 

The following bills have been introduced into the second session of the 51st Oklahoma Legislature which have the potential to impact the community of people with disabilities.  HB plus a number indicates the number of a bill originating in the House.  SB plus a number indicates the number of a bill originating in the Senate.  We will be tracking these bills in their progress through the legislative process.  For your convenience, you may click on the bill number at the left and you will see a copy of the introduced version of the bill together with its short title.  (Keep in mind that the introduced version of a bill may change during the course of the Legislature as new language is added or deleted.)   The second session of the 51st Oklahoma Legislature convenes on Monday, February 4, 2008.  The session adjourned Friday, May 23, 2008.
