Mediation is a process in which a trained, neutral party helps those in conflict look for solutions and reach a mutually acceptable agreement to the conflict.

In this 5 Step process, you will: be able to discuss the issues, explore solutions for resolving the issues, mutually decide which of these solutions would be best and write an agreement based on these solutions.

The process can be terminated at any time and your other options to legally resolve the issues are not impaired.

The mediators are volunteers from the community who have been trained and certified by the Administrative Director of the Courts and have also received training in the Americans with Disability Act.
