ADA Information Services. A 2-page list with the telephone numbers and Internet addresses of Federal agencies and other organizations that provide information and technical assistance to the public about the ADA.
ADA Information Line. The U.S. Department of Justice provides information about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) through a toll-free ADA Information Line. This service permits businesses, State and local governments, or others to call and ask questions about general or specific ADA requirements including questions about the ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
ADA specialists are available Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM until 5:30 PM (eastern time) except on Thursday when the hours are 12:30 PM until 5:30 PM.
Spanish language service is also available.
For general ADA information, answers to specific technical questions, free ADA materials, to order fax documents, or information about filing a complaint, call:

ADA materials may be ordered 24 hours a day using voice mail.
The fax on demand system is also available 24 hours a day from the ADA Information Line's toll-free number (above).
ADA Home Page The ADA Home Page is operated by the Department of Justice on the Internet's World Wide Web (www.ada.gov). The Home Page provides information about:
- the Department's ADA enforcement activities,
- the ADA technical assistance program,
- certification of State and local building codes,
- proposed changes in ADA regulations and requirements,
- and the ADA mediation program.
The Home Page also provides direct access to:
- ADA regulations and technical assistance materials (which may be viewed online or downloaded for later use),
- Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) ADA materials,
- the ADA Business Connection, and
- links to the Department's press releases, and Internet Home Pages of other Federal agencies that contain ADA information.
